CenterBeam Place

CenterBeam Place, a city block of heritage buildings (1878-1880) built at the harbor’s edge, is rejuvenating the centre of the business district in Saint John, New Brunswick.

A dozen distinct 19th century structures have been incorporated into a single 100,000 square foot complex supported by 21st century engineering and mechanical systems. The restoration of these properties started in 2002 with the first phase of the project opening in 2005. The final phase is nearing completion and additional office tenants are moving in this spring 2008.

Interior spaces have original brick walls and wood beams exposed, and are lit by a combination of modern energy saving lighting technology and natural light framed by original arched windows. These suites offer tenants an unparalleled work environment of beauty and efficiency. CenterBeam, Inc., a North American leader in outsourced IT services, is the anchor tenant to the complex. Management and staff enjoy the wonderful architectural setting, including an old world courtyard nestled within the property.
