Maintenance Staff

We are recruiting for an additional Maintenance Team member in Saint John. This position will be responsible for carrying out facilities maintenance duties that include, but are not limited to:
- Building System start-up (including HVAC systems, boilers, chillers)
- General maintenance and repairs (including painting, minor plumbing and electrical)
- Preventative maintenance activities on building systems (including emergency lighting, belts, filters, fire alarm testing)
- Oversee Contractor activities
- Respond in a timely fashion to daily maintenance requests from tenants
Knowledge and Experience: Previous experience in facilities maintenance; strong working knowledge of Building Systems coupled with proven ability and skilled hands-on experience; positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service; and a valid driver’s license.
Day shift hours will vary and this position will be required to be on call, on a rotating basis.
